Ingredients
- 1/2 cup kidney beans, soaked overnight and boiled with salt
- 1/2 cup soya bean, soaked and boiled with salt
- 1/2 cup whole green grams (sabut moong), soaked and boiled with salt
- 100 grams French beans, cut into ½ inch pieces and blanched
- 3 inch ginger piece
- 1 teaspoon red chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon mixed fruit jam
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- A few Lettuce leaves
Method
- Place kidney beans, soya beans, moong beans and French beans in a bowl and mix well.
- Roughly chop ginger, grind with a little water, pass through a muslin cloth and squeeze out the juice.
- Add 1 tsp of ginger juice to the beans and mix well. Add red chilli sauce, mixed fruit jam, salt, vinegar and mix well.
- Tear a few lettuce leaves and add. Mix well and transfer into a serving bowl. Serve immediately.
