By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Refined flour (maida), Butter Cuisine French Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Eclairs 3/4 cup Refined flour (maida) 75 grams Butter a pinch Salt 3 Eggs for stuffi Whipped cream for drizzling Melted dark chocolatec Method Preheat oven to 180˚ C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Heat 1 cup water in a non-stick pan. Add butter and salt and keep stirring till it melts. Let the mixture come to a boil. Add flour and keep mixing till the mixture reaches dough consistency. Switch off heat and transfer the mixture into a bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, and blend with an electric beater after each egg. Fill a piping bag with the prepared mixture and trim its pointed edge. Pipe out medium sausage shaped portions, 1 inch apart, over the parchment lined tray. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat and cool down to room temperature. Halve them, stuff with some whipped cream and drizzle some melted chocolate on top.
