Ingredients list for Earl Grey Mango Cooler
- 4 Tea bags Earl Grey
- 2 Ripe mangoes pulp of
- 6 tablespoons Sugar
- as required Ice cubes
- as required Lemon slices
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- for garnishing Fresh mint leaves
Method
- Heat four cups of water in a non-stick pan and bring to a boil. Take off the heat and add sugar. Mix well.
- Add the tea bags and let them brew. Set aside to cool.
- Put some ice cubes into four individual tall glasses. Add some lemon slices and divide the brewed tea equally into the glasses.
- Add half tablespoon lemon juice in each glass and divide the mango pulp equally into the glasses. Stir well.
- Garnish with some mint leaves and serve chilled.
