Heat oil in a pan, add the onion and sauté. Add garlic and sauté for half a minute. Add the sausage pieces and mix. Add salt, black pepper powder and tomato ketchup and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix. Cut the bread slices into round slices with a cookie cutter. Arrange the sausage mixture over the slices and top with grated cheese. Serve immediately.
