Spread it on a greased plate, smoothen the top and keep it in the refrigerator till it sets properly. Cut into square or diamond shaped pieces and dust with cornflour. Heat sufficient oil in a wok and deep-fry these pieces till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
