Ingredients list for Cream Corn
- 400 grams Sweet Corn
- 10 tbsps + to dust Corn flour
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon White pepper powder
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- Mix together sweet corn, cornflour, salt, white pepper powder and one cup of water and cook till it is thick.
- Spread it on a greased plate, smoothen the top and keep it in the refrigerator till it sets properly. Cut into square or diamond shaped pieces and dust with cornflour.
- Heat sufficient oil in a wok and deep-fry these pieces till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
