By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cream style sweet corn, Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 3-3.30 hour Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Corn Curd-SK Khazana 1 tin (400 Cream style sweet corn to shallow for greasing Oil to taste Salt to taste White pepper powder 2 tablespoons Spring onion greens finely chopped 1/2 cup + for dusting Cornflour Method Grease a barfi tray with some oil. Heat a non-stick pan. Add sweet corn, salt, pepper powder, spring onion greens, cornflour and ¼ cup water, whisk and cook for 5 minutes. Transfer the mixture in the greased tray, cool down to room temperature and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Cut the mixture into squares, dust with some cornflour and shallow-fry, in hot oil, turning sides, till golden brown all around. Drain on absorbent paper.
