Ingredients list for Corn Curd-SK Khazana

  • 1 tin (400 Cream style sweet corn
  • to shallow for greasing Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste White pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons Spring onion greens finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup + for dusting Cornflour

Method

  1. Grease a barfi tray with some oil.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan. Add sweet corn, salt, pepper powder, spring onion greens, cornflour and ¼ cup water, whisk and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer the mixture in the greased tray, cool down to room temperature and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  4. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan.
  5. Cut the mixture into squares, dust with some cornflour and shallow-fry, in hot oil, turning sides,
    till golden brown all around. Drain on absorbent paper.
  6. Serve hot with Schezwan sauce.
