Ingredients list for Cookie Delight-SK Khazana
- 2 cups Refined flour (maida)
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup Cornflour
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla essence
- for dusting Icing sugar
Method
- Preheat oven to 180˚C. Line a baking tray with a parchment paper.
- Cream together butter and powdered sugar in a bowl. Add cornflour and ¼ cup refined flour and fold in well.
- Add vanilla essence and blend well. Add remaining refined flour and mix till well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.
- Pipe out cookies in the shape of rosettes on the lined tray keeping sufficient distance between each. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Arrange them on a serving plate, dust with icing sugar and serve.
