Ingredients list for Chocolate Peanut Pannacotta
- 1 cup Dark chocolate chopped
- 1/4 cup Roasted peanuts crushed
- 2 cups Fresh cream
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Gelatin
Method
- Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan. Add sugar, stir and let the sugar melt.
- Take gelatin in a bowl. Add water and heat in the microwave for 10 seconds.
- Add chocolate to the pan and keep mixing till it melts. Add cream, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add gelatin and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Switch off the heat and cool to room temperature.
- Pour into individual martini glasses and refrigerate till set.
- Garnish with peanuts and serve chilled.
