Ingredients list for Chocolate Burfi- Sk Khazana

  • 500 grams Khoya/mawa
  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • for garnish Silver warq

Method

  1. Heat khoya in a non-stick pan, mixing continuously, till it softens completely. Add cocoa and mix till well combined and fat surfaces. Take it off the heat and transfer into a bowl.
  2. Allow the khoya mixture to cool completely. Add sugar and mix till well combined.
  3. Transfer this mixture into a greased burfi tray and spread it evenly. Level the top and set aside for 1 hour.
  4. Apply silver warq on top and cut it into desired shape. Arrange the burfi pieces on a serving plate and serve.
