Ingredients for Chocolate And Coconut Slices Recipe

  • Chocolate chips 1 1/2 cups

  • Desiccated coconut 1 cup

  • Digestive biscuits crushed 1 cup

  • Castor sugar (caster sugar) 1/4 cup

  • Salt a pinch

  • Butter melted 3/4 cup

  • Condensed milk 3/4 cup

  • Walnuts 1 cup

Method

Step 1

 Preheat the oven to 180°C. Add caster sugar and salt to the crushed biscuits and mix. Add melted butter and mix.

Step 2

Put this mixture into a greased baking dish and press. Spread desiccated coconut over and press again. Put chocolate chips over the coconut layer. Pour condensed milk and finally sprinkle the walnuts. Press lightly.

Step 3

Place the dish in the oven and bake at 180°C for thirty minutes. Remove from the oven and cool.

Step 4

Slice and serve.
