By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken mince Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 3.30-4 hour Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Pizza - Sk Khazana 400 grams Chicken mince Method Take chicken mince in a large bowl, add mixed herbs, crushed black peppercorns, onion powder, garlic powder, Tata Sampann Chilli Powder, salt, cornflour and break in an egg and mix till well combined. Place a plastic sheet on a wooden pizza plate , place the chicken mixture on it. Grease your hand with oil, pat and spread the mixture to form a pizza base. Cover with another plastic sheet and freeze till set. Heat sufficient oil in a deep and wide pan. Break remaining eggs in a large parat, add salt and 2 tbsps water and whisk well with a fork. Dip the chicken pizza base till well coated on both sides. Spread crushed cornflakes in a large thali, add salt and mix well. Coat the chicken pizza base with it on both sides. Put the pizza base in hot oil carefully and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Preheat oven to 180° C. Drain and place it on a baking tray. Spread pizza sauce all over the top. Grate mozzarella cheese on top. Sprinkle dried red chilli flakes, dried mixed herbs and hand torn basil leaves. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake till cheese melts.
