By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Corn flakes Cuisine Fusion, , , , Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Nuggets 250 grams Boneless chicken cut into medium-sized cubes ½ cup Corn flakes crushed Salt to taste ½ teaspoon Garlic powder ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon Mixed herbs 2 tablespoons Refined flour 2 Eggs Oil for brushing Method Preheat oven at 180ºC. Mix chicken, salt, garlic powder, dried herbs and pepper powder in a bowl. Transfer this on a plate. Add refined flour and mix well. Set aside for 10-12 minutes. Break eggs in a bowl and whisk well. Keep this aside. Place butter paper on a baking tray, brush the paper with oil. Spread cornflakes on a plate. Dip marinated chicken cubes in egg, coat in cornflakes and place on the tray over the paper. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
