Ingredients list for Cheese Dosa - SK Khazana
- 2 cups Ready dosa batter
- as required Processed cheese grated
- as required Oil
- as required Butter
- as required Schezwan sauce
- as required 3 coloured capsicums chopped
- as required American corn kernels boiled
- as required Black olives chopped
- as required Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
- as required Cheese sauce
Method
- Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour 1 teaspoon oil on it and rub it all over the tawa with a wet tissue.
- Pour a ladleful of batter and spread to make large thin disc. Spread some butter lightly and cook till the underside is half done.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon mixed capsicums, 1 tablespoon corn kernels, 1 tablespoon black olives, 1-2 teaspoons coriander leaves, salt, crushed black peppercorns, 1 tablespoon cheese sauce and 2 tablespoons grated processed cheese. Fold the dosa and sprinkle some more coriander leaves.
- Make more dosas similarly and serve hot.
