Ingredients
4 tablespoons caramel sauce
4 cup milk
8-12 tablespoons sugar
8 tablespoons coffee decoction
8 chocolate sticks
Method
- Heat milk in a non-stick pan. Add sugar and 1 tablespoon caramel sauce, mix and bring the mixture to boil.
- Pour the milk mixture in a jar and blend using an electric hand blender to create some foam.
- Put coffee decoction in a serving glass. Pour the milk mixture and put a layer of foam on top.
- Crush a chocolate stick and put on top of foam. Put remaining chocolate stick and serve hot.
