Ingredients
- 4 brown bread slices
- 225 grams processed cheese, cubed
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 8 one-inch celery, sliced diagonally
- 4 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
- Celery leaves to garnish
For dressing
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3-4 black peppercorns, crushed
Method
- Cut the bread into three-fourth-inch squares. Place in a large bowl. Mix the garlic dressing with the thyme and pour over the bread and toss to coat evenly. Add the celery and tomatoes and toss lightly. Add the cheese. Garnish with the celery leaves and serve at once.
