Ingredients for Bread And Cheese Salad Recipe

  • Brown bread 4 slices

  • Processed Cheese cubed 225 grams

  • Fresh thyme chopped 1 teaspoon

  • Celery sliced diagonally 8 one-inch

  • Tomatoes cut into wedges 4 large

  • Celery leaves to garnish

  • For dressing

  • Olive oil 6 tablespoon

  • Lemon juice 3 1/2 tablespoon

  • Garlic crushed 1 cloves

  • Black peppercorns crushed 3-4


Step 1

Cut the bread into three-fourth-inch squares. Place in a large bowl. Mix the garlic dressing with the thyme and pour over the bread and toss to coat evenly. Add the celery and tomatoes and toss lightly. Add the cheese. Garnish with the celery leaves and serve at once.
