Ingredients for Beetroot Salad With Orange Dressing Recipe

  • Beetroot 600 grams

  • orange Juice 1/4 cup

  • Salad oil 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • White pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Mustard powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Orange rind 1/2 teaspoon

  • Spring onion rings 1/4 cup


Step 1

Boil the beetroots. When cool, peel and cut them into half-inch cubes. Chill them. Mix orange juice, oil, salt, pepper powder, mustard powder and orange rind in a bowl and whisk till the mixture is homogeneous. Pour the dressing over the beetroot pieces and garnish with spring onion rings.
