Ingredients list for Banana Custard With Crisp Wafers

  • 3 large Ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup Custard
  • 12 Chocolate cream wafer biscuits
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Condensed milk

Method

  1. Separate layers of wafer biscuits and spread them on a baking tray and toast in a hot oven.
  2. Peel bananas and cop roughly.
    Heat butter in a non stick pan, add sugar, lemon juice and bananas and mix.
  3. Saute till lightly coloured.
    Put custard in a bowl, add condensed milk and whisk well.
  4. Take the wafer biscuits out of the oven and put into a mixer jar and crush.
    Put bananas into stemmed glasses.
  5. Pour custard mixture over them, sprinkle crushed wafer biscuits over, chill and serve.
