This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Canned Black beans, Wholewheat Flour Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Baked Bean Wraps 200 grams Canned Black beans 4 Wholewheat Flour rotis 1 tbsp + f Oil 6-8 Garlic cloves sliced 2 medium Onions finely chopped 1 small Green capsicum finely chopped 1 small Red capsicum finely chopped 1 small Yellow capsicum finely chopped to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Red chilli sauce 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup 4 tablespoon Mozzarella cheese grated Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté till brown. Add onions and sauté till translucent. Add green, red and yellow capsicums and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and mix well. Add baked beans, red chilli sauce and tomato ketchup and mix well. Simmer for a minute. Place a roti on the worktop, spread some mozzarella cheese on it, place some baked bean mixture on one side and roll to make a wrap. Similarly prepare the rest. Heat oil in a non-stick grill pan, place the prepared wraps in it, cook, turning sides, till the grill marks appear on both sides. Halve one wrap, arrange it with the others on a serving plate and serve.
