Ingredients list for Bagel Sandwich

  • 4 Bagels
  • 5 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Fresh dill leaves chopped
  • as required Butter
  • 6-8 Iceberg lettuce leaves torn
  • 10-12 Tomato slicews
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black peppercorns crushed
  • 6-8 Lollo rosso leaves torn
  • 8 slices Smoked salmon
  • 16-20 slices Avocado
  • A few Micro greens

Method

  1. Take cream cheese in a bowl, add dill leaves and mix well.
  2. Halve the bagels horizontally, and apply some butter on all the halves. .
  3. On each base half, place a layer of iceberg lettuce leaves followed by tomato slices. Sprinkle salt and crushed black peppercorns over them.
  4. Top with lollo rosso leaves, 2 smoked salmon slices, 4-5 avocado slices and sprinkle some crushed black peppercorns over. Keep some micro greens on top. Spread the cream cheese spread on the top halves of the bagels and cover each sandwich with them.
  5. Keep them on serving platter and serve immediately with purple yam chips.
