Ingredients for Ahad-E-Changezi Recipe

  • Leg of Kid Lamb 1

  • Jamun Vinegar 2 cups

  • Ginger paste 1 tablespoon

  • Garlic paste 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • White pepper powder to taste

  • Carrot chopped 1

  • Onions chopped 2

  • Red chilli powder 2 teaspoons

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Chaat masala 2 teaspoons

  • Onion cut into roundels 1


Step 1

Clean the lamb leg and pat dry. Mix jamun vinegar, ginger-garlic paste, salt, pepper powder, chopped onions, carrot and red chilli powder.

Step 2

Marinade the lamb leg in this for atleast six hours.

Step 3

Put it on a skewer and cook in a tandoor for twenty to twenty five minutes. Midway, baste it with oil and cook till done.

Step 4

Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot with onion rings.
