Ingredients list for Ahad-E-Changezi
- 1 Leg of Kid Lamb
 - 2 cups Jamun Vinegar
 - 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
 - 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
 - to taste Salt
 - to taste White pepper powder
 - 1 Carrot chopped
 - 2 Onions chopped
 - 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
 - 2 tablespoons Oil
 - 2 teaspoons Chaat masala
 - 1 Onion cut into roundels
 
Method
- Clean the lamb leg and pat dry. Mix jamun vinegar, ginger-garlic paste, salt, pepper powder, chopped onions, carrot and red chilli powder.
 - Marinade the lamb leg in this for atleast six hours.
 - Put it on a skewer and cook in a tandoor for twenty to twenty five minutes. Midway, baste it with oil and cook till done.
 - Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot with onion rings.
