Ingredients list for Aam Kheer Sandesh

  • 4 Ripe mangoes
  • 2 litres Milk
  • 500 grams Sugar
  • 250 grams Khoya/mawa

Method

  1. Boil milk in a non stick pan. Reduce till one fourth.
  2. Add three hundred grams sugar, half of the mango pulp, khoya and cook till the mixture is thick.
  3. Heat a non stick pan. Add remaining sugar, mango pulp and cook till mixture is thick. Allow to cool.
  4. Divide the mango stuffing and khoya mixture into equal portions. Stuff mango mixture in khoya mixture and flatten.
