Ingredients
- 1½ cups soya chunks
 - 1 medium bunch spinach, blanched
 - 2 green chillies
 - 2 teaspoons oil
 - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
 - 2 teaspoons chopped ginger
 - 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
 - 2 medium onions
 - Salt to taste
 - ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
 - ½ teaspoon garam masala powder
 - Juice of lemon
 - ½ cup fresh cream
 - Ginger, cut into thin strips for garnish
 
Method
- Take soya chunks in a bowl and add hot water to it, let it soak for 15-20 minutes.
 - Take spinach in a grinding jar, add green chillies and grind to a fine paste.
 - Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add cumin seeds and once it changes color add ginger and garlic, sauté for a minute.
 - Add onion and cook until golden brown in colour. Add spinach puree, salt and Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder, cook for a minute.
 - Squeeze soya chunks and add to spinach. Add ½ cup water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
 - Add garam masala powder, mix well. Switch of the flame add lemon juice and fresh cream, mix well
 - Serve hot, garnished with ginger strips.
