Ingredients
- 7½ tablespoons fennel seeds
- 2 green cardamoms
- 2 tablespoons roasted dhana dal
- 1 tablespoon dried mango powder (amchur)
- 1 teaspoon rock salt
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan, add fennel seeds and green cardamoms, mix and dry roast for 1-2 minutes. Take the pan off the heat and let the mixture cool.
- Put the dhana dal in a grinder jar, add the roasted mixture, dried mango powder and rock salt and grind to a coarse powder.
- Transfer into an air tight container and serve as required.
