Method

  1. Heat a non-stick pan, add fennel seeds and green cardamoms, mix and dry roast for 1-2 minutes. Take the pan off the heat and let the mixture cool.
  2. Put the dhana dal in a grinder jar, add the roasted mixture, dried mango powder and rock salt and grind to a coarse powder.
  3. Transfer into an air tight container and serve as required.
