Ingredients
- 100 grams puffed lotus seeds (makhana)
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons peri peri spice mix
Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 150° C for 2-3 minutes.
- Take puffed lotus seeds in a bowl, add melted butter and mix well.
- Add salt and peri peri spice mix and mix well.
- Spread half the lotus seeds in a single layer in air fryer basket and fit it into the fryer. Air fry for 7-8 minutes.
- Similarly, air fry the remaining ones.
- Allow to cool, transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
