  1. Preheat the air fryer to 150° C for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Take puffed lotus seeds in a bowl, add melted butter and mix well.
  3. Add salt and peri peri spice mix and mix well.
  4. Spread half the lotus seeds in a single layer in air fryer basket and fit it into the fryer. Air fry for 7-8 minutes.
  5. Similarly, air fry the remaining ones.
  6. Allow to cool, transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
