Ingredients list for Muesli with Chia Seeds
- 1 1/2 cups Muesli
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds (sabja / takmaria)
- 1 cup Apple juice
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- dried berries (cranberries, raspberries and strawberries) 2 -3 tbsps + for serving
- 4 tablespoons Roasted walnuts chopped
- 1/4 cup Slivered almonds
- for garnishing Sliced pistachio
Method
- Soak chia seeds in yogurt overnight. Soak oats in apple juice for 15 minutes.
- Put soaked chia seeds with yogurt in a bowl, add honey, soaked oats with apple juice and mix well. Add dried berries and mix well.
- Place some of the berries in 4 shot glasses, pour some yogurt mixture over it. Add walnuts, almond slivers and remaining yogurt mixture, garnish with pistachios and serve immediately.
