Muesli with Chia Seeds An excellent breakfast item This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 13 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Muesli, Yogurt Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 7-8 hour Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Muesli with Chia Seeds 1 1/2 cups Muesli 1 cup Yogurt 1 tablespoon Chia seeds (sabja / takmaria) 1 cup Apple juice 1 tablespoon Honey dried berries (cranberries, raspberries and strawberries) 2 -3 tbsps + for serving 4 tablespoons Roasted walnuts chopped 1/4 cup Slivered almonds for garnishing Sliced pistachio Method Soak chia seeds in yogurt overnight. Soak oats in apple juice for 15 minutes. Put soaked chia seeds with yogurt in a bowl, add honey, soaked oats with apple juice and mix well. Add dried berries and mix well. Place some of the berries in 4 shot glasses, pour some yogurt mixture over it. Add walnuts, almond slivers and remaining yogurt mixture, garnish with pistachios and serve immediately.
