Ingredients
- 9 oranges
- 8 teaspoons powdered sugar
- Ice cubes as required
- Mint sprigs as required
- Tonic water as required
Method
- Halve 8 oranges and slice 1 .
- Squeeze halved to extract juice and strain through a fine strainer. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Add ice cubes in 4 serving glasses and add 1 orange slice in each glass. Top up with more ice.
- Add mint sprigs and top up with orange juice. Finally top up with tonic water.
- Serve chilled.
