Keto Brownie In keto baking, instead of sugar and flour, substitutes like almond flour, coconut flour and sugar free sweeteners like erythritol are used which make them much lower in carbohydrates than their traditional counterparts. In the taste department however they compete well the traditional brownies. Combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol and baking powder in a large bowl. Take butter and chocolate in another bowl and melt them in the microwave. Break the eggs into another large bowl and beat with an electric beater till light and fluffy. Add melted chocolate and butter mixture to it and whisk again. Add almond flour mixture and whisk till well combined. Add walnuts and mix. Transfer the batter into a greased and lined 8 inch square mould and spread it evenly. Sprinkle walnut and chocolate on top, place the mould in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. Bring the mould out of the oven and allow to cool down to room temperature.
