Ingredients
- ½ cup ripe jackfruit puree
- 4 tablespoons chopped ripe jackfruit + for garnish
- 3½ cups low fat milk
- Blanched, peeled and slivered pistachios for garnish
Method
- Cook milk in a non-stick pan till it reduces to half in volume. Add half the jackfruit puree and half the chopped jackfruit and mix well.
- Transfer into a bowl and allow to cool completely. Add remaining jackfruit puree and remaining chopped jackfruit and mix well. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Transfer into individual earthenware bowls, garnish with chopped jackfruit and pistachios and serve.
