Ingredients
- 15-20 dried figs, soaked for 6-8 hours
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup black raisins, soaked for 6-8 hours
- 2 cups yogurt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Method
- Put the soaked figs in a blender jar, add walnuts, black raisins, yogurt, milk and maple syrup and blend till smooth.
- Transfer into individual mason jars and screw on the lid.
