Add fresh cream and mix well and cook till the sugars start melting. Add vanilla essence and maple syrup and mix well. Add walnut and mix well, bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add butter and mix well. Spread the mixture in small roundels on a baking tray. Keep the tray in the refrigerator to set overnight.
