Ingredients list for Walnut Praline - SK Khazana

  • 10-15 California walnuts finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Castor sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Butter


  1. Heat brown sugar, castor sugar and salt together in a non-stick pan.
  2. Add fresh cream and mix well and cook till the sugars start melting.
  3. Add vanilla essence and maple syrup and mix well. Add walnut and mix well, bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add butter and mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture in small roundels on a baking tray. Keep the tray in the refrigerator to set overnight.
  5. Taking the tray out of the refrigerator, arrange them on a serving platter and serve.
