Ingredients list for Veggie Poha
- 1 cup Pressed Rice
- 1 tablespoon Vegetables
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 Tomato chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables boiled
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, saute till transparent.
- Add tomato and saute for a minute. Add salt, red chilli powder and saute.
- Add mixed vegetables, mix and then add drained poha.
- Toss well, garnish and serve hot garnish with chopped coriander.
