By Sanjeev Kapoor 13 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Lachcha Parathas, Pizza Sauce Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Veg Grilled Wraps 4 teaspoons Lachcha Parathas chopped 4 teaspoons Pizza Sauce chopped as required Pickled jalapenos chopped 4 teaspoon Pickled gherkins chopped 4 Lachcha paranthas readymade 4 tablespoons Pizza sauce as required Crushed black peppercorns as required Mixed herbs as required Red chilli flakes to taste Salt 4 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese grated 4 teaspoons Fresh parsley chopped as required Tabasco sauce Method For each wrap, place a parantha on the worktop. Spread a tablespoon pizza sauce on top evenly. Sprinkle a teaspoon each of green olives and black olives, some jalapenos, one teaspoon gherkins on one half. Sprinkle crushed peppercorns, dried herbs, red chilli flakes, salt, one tablespoon cheese and one teaspoon parsley on top. Drizzle a little Tabasco sauce and fold the parantha into half moon shape. Heat a griller, place the folded parantha on the griller, cover and grill till the grill marks appear on the paranthas. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
