Ingredients list for Veg Grilled Wraps
- 4 teaspoons Lachcha Parathas chopped
- 4 teaspoons Pizza Sauce chopped
- as required Pickled jalapenos chopped
- 4 teaspoon Pickled gherkins chopped
- 4 Lachcha paranthas readymade
- 4 tablespoons Pizza sauce
- as required Crushed black peppercorns
- as required Mixed herbs
- as required Red chilli flakes
- to taste Salt
- 4 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese grated
- 4 teaspoons Fresh parsley chopped
- as required Tabasco sauce
Method
- For each wrap, place a parantha on the worktop. Spread a tablespoon pizza sauce on top evenly. Sprinkle a teaspoon each of green olives and black olives, some jalapenos, one teaspoon gherkins on one half.
- Sprinkle crushed peppercorns, dried herbs, red chilli flakes, salt, one tablespoon cheese and one teaspoon parsley on top. Drizzle a little Tabasco sauce and fold the parantha into half moon shape.
- Heat a griller, place the folded parantha on the griller, cover and grill till the grill marks appear on the paranthas. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
