By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Vadu Mango Main Ingredients Baby mangoes, Mustard powder Cuisine Karnataka Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 500 grams baby mangoes 100 grams mustard powder 60 grams kashmiri red chilli powder 50 grams salt a pinch asafoetida 5 grams acetic acid (glacial) Method Combine well mustard powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, asafoetida with a little of the brine in which the mangoes have been soaked. Drain the baby mangoes and add to the masala. Add acetic acid and mix. Transfer the pickle into a sterilized bottle and keep in the refrigerator. Serve after a week. Always store refrigerated.
