By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Peaches, Plums Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 41-50 minutes Cook time 51-60 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Tropical Fruit Kebab With Chocolate Dip 5 Peaches 1 1/2 inch cubes 5 Plums 1 1/2 inch cubes 1 large Apple 1 1/2 inch cubes 2 slices Pineapple 1 1/2 inch cubes 2 large Bananas 1 1/2 inch cubes 1 medium Kiwi fruit 1 1/2 inch cubes 1/4 cup Honey 3 tablespoons Lemon juice to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Oil 1 cup Dark chocolate grated 1/4 cup Golden syrup 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder 1 tablespoon Cornflour/ corn starch dissolved in two tablespoons of milk Method Soak the wooden skewers in water for half an hour. Skewer the fruits in this order: apple, peach, kiwi, pineapple, plum, banana, and apple. Use up all the pieces similarly. For the dip, heat dark chocolate, golden syrup, cocoa powder and milk in a pan. Let it boil then put it to simmer for ten minutes. Thicken with cornstarch. Set aside. Marinate the fruit kebab with honey, lemon juice, salt and oil. Heat a griddle and grease it. Place the skewers and cook till the fruits get charred from the sides. Place the skewers on a serving plate and pour the chocolate dip over and serve hot.
