Ingredients
- 240ml white rum with coconut liqueur (coconut rum)
- 240ml coconut milk
- 4 tbsps mango puree
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 2 tbsps lemon juice
- 15-20 ice cubes
- Blue orchids for garnish
- Rimming
- Castor sugar as required
- 2 lemons
- Lemon wedges
Method
- For rimming the glass, take a plate and add castor sugar in it. Zest the lemons and mix well.
- Take a lemon wedge and apply the juice on the rim of the glass and dip it in the sugar-lemon mixture till the entire rim is coated well. Set aside.
- For the cocktail, in a blender jar, add white rum, coconut milk, mango puree, mango chunks, lemon juice and ice cubes. Blend to a smooth thick mixture.
- Pour into the prepared glasses and garnish with blue orchids. Serve immediately.
