Ingredients

240ml white rum with coconut liqueur (coconut rum)
240ml coconut milk
4 tbsps mango puree
2 cups frozen mango chunks
2 tbsps lemon juice
15-20 ice cubes
Blue orchids for garnish
Rimming
Castor sugar as required
2 lemons
Lemon wedges

Method

For rimming the glass, take a plate and add castor sugar in it. Zest the lemons and mix well.
Take a lemon wedge and apply the juice on the rim of the glass and dip it in the sugar-lemon mixture till the entire rim is coated well. Set aside.
For the cocktail, in a blender jar, add white rum, coconut milk, mango puree, mango chunks, lemon juice and ice cubes. Blend to a smooth thick mixture.
Pour into the prepared glasses and garnish with blue orchids. Serve immediately.
