Ingredients list for Triple Blend Smoothie

  • 1 Banana peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 1/4 cups Pineapple chopped
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cup Spinach
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Method

  1. Blend together banana and milk until thick, creamy and smooth.
  2. Add pineapple and yogurt, blend again. Add spinach and lemon juice and blend till well combined.
  3. Pour into four individual tall glasses and serve immediately.
