Ingredients for Triple Blend Smoothie Recipe

  • Banana peeled, sliced and frozen 1

  • Milk 1/4 cup

  • Pineapple chopped 1 1/4 cups

  • Yogurt 1/2 cup

  • Spinach 1 1/2 cup

  • Juice of 1 lemon


Step 1

Blend together banana and milk until thick, creamy and smooth.

Step 2

Add pineapple and yogurt, blend again. Add spinach and lemon juice and blend till well combined.

Step 3

Pour into four individual tall glasses and serve immediately.
