Ingredients list for Tomato Glazed Pasta in Cheese
- 2 cups Pasta boiled
- 4 large Processed cheese peeled
- 2 tablespoons Processed cheese grated
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons Garlic finely chopped
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
- a pinch Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add red chilli powder and garlic. Saute till lightly browned
- Add onion, mix well and sauté till translucent. Add tomato puree, mix and cook, stirring continuously, till the sauce thickens.
- Add salt and tomato ketchup and mix well. Add pasta and mix again.
- Add oregano and red chilli flakes. Mix well and cook for half minute.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, sprinkle cheese and serve hot.
