Tomato Glazed Pasta in Cheese By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Pasta, Processed cheese Cuisine Italian Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 1 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Tomato Glazed Pasta in Cheese 2 cups Pasta boiled 4 large Processed cheese peeled 2 tablespoons Processed cheese grated 3 tablespoon Olive oil 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 2 tablespoons Garlic finely chopped to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup a pinch Oregano 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli flakes Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add red chilli powder and garlic. Saute till lightly browned Add onion, mix well and sauté till translucent. Add tomato puree, mix and cook, stirring continuously, till the sauce thickens. Add salt and tomato ketchup and mix well. Add pasta and mix again. Add oregano and red chilli flakes. Mix well and cook for half minute.
