Ingredients list for Til Chocolate aur Nariyal ke Laddoo
- ¾ cup White Sesame Seeds
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate
- ½ cup Dried coconut ( khopra) grated
- ¼ cup Dalia roasted
- ¼ cup Peanuts
- ½ cup Jaggery (gur) grated
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- A pinch Green cardamom powder
Method
- Dry roast sesame seeds for 2-3 minutes in a non-stick pan. Add roasted chana dal and peanuts and roast further for 2-3 minutes. Cool the mixture, transfer into a mixer jar and grind into a coarse mixture.
- Melt jaggery in another non-stick pan. Add ghee, mix well and switch off the heat.
- Add grated coconut, green cardamom powder and the ground mixture and mix well. Transfer into a bowl. Add chocolate powder and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into small equal portions and shape them into laddoos. Arrange them on a serving plate and serve.
