Ever wondered why the phrase “say cheese” is used just before a photograph is clicked? Simply because ‘cheese’ makes one smile! Not only the word but cheese as a food makes a lot of palates happy. It is an inexpensive, versatile and nourishing food. We have our very own Indian version as well as the ones made from soy milk that are even healthier. Whichever form, this is one food that is loved by one and all!

Ingredients for Three Cheese Samosa-SK Khazana Recipe

  • Processed cheese grared 3/4 cup

  • Cheddar cheese grated 3/4 cup

  • Mozzarella cheese grated 3/4 cup

  • Samosa patti 12/16

  • Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon

  • Fresh parsley chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Refined flour slurry as required

  • Oil to deep fry


Step 1

Mix together processed cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chilli flakes and parsley in a bowl.

Step 2

Shape samosa pattis into cones, fill them with some cheese mixture and shape into samosas sealing the open end with flour slurry.

Step 3

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry samosas till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

Step 4

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
