Ingredients list for Three Cheese Samosa-SK Khazana
- 3/4 cup Processed cheese grared
- 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese grated
- 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
- 12/16 Samosa patti
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped
- as required Refined flour slurry
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- Mix together processed cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chilli flakes and parsley in a bowl.
- Shape samosa pattis into cones, fill them with some cheese mixture and shape into samosas sealing the open end with flour slurry.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry samosas till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
