Ingredients list for Thor
- 400 grams Wheat Flour
- 100 grams Wheat broken broken
- 75 grams Ghee
- 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- for frying Ghee
- 500 grams Sugar
Method
- Mix the two flours and ghee. Mix well and add cardamom powder and just enough milk to make a hard dough. Leave it aside covered for 1 hour. Divide it in equal portions and roll into small rotlis ¼” thick.
- Prick with the knife or fork. Deep fry in ghee on a medium heat till golden. Make sugar syrup of soft ball consistency. Dip the thor in the sugar syrup for half an hour. Take them out, drain excess sugar syrup and serve.
