By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless Chicken, Spinach Leaves Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Tender Chicken Stew With Spinach 400 grams Boneless Chicken cut into 1 inch cubes 8-10 Spinach Leaves shredded 1 tablespoon Olive oil 8-10 cloves Garlic chopped 8-10 Mushrooms quartered to taste Salt 2 teaspoons Dry oregano 3 cups Chicken stock 1 large Tomato blanched, peeled and chopped 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida) Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté for two minutes. Add mushrooms and salt and sauté for four to five minutes. Add chicken, oregano and sauté on high heat for five minutes. Add two cups of chicken stock and let it come to a boil. Add tomato and cook for two minutes Mix refined flour in the remaining stock and add to the chicken. Mix well, cover and cook for four to five minutes. Add spinach leaves and mix well. Serve hot with garlic bread.
