Ingredients list for Tandoori Shrimps

  • 250 grams Prawn (small), shelled and deveined
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Celery, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste

Method

  1. Soak the prawns in salted water for ten minutes.
  2. In a bowl make a marinade with whisked egg, red chilli powder, onion, pepper powder, celery, parsley, ginger paste and garlic paste. Mix well.
  3. Add the salted prawns and stir well.
  4. Place the prawns on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for ten minutes at 180º degrees.
  5. Serve hot.
