Ingredients list for Tandoori Shrimps
- 250 grams Prawn (small), shelled and deveined
- to taste Salt
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
Method
- Soak the prawns in salted water for ten minutes.
- In a bowl make a marinade with whisked egg, red chilli powder, onion, pepper powder, celery, parsley, ginger paste and garlic paste. Mix well.
- Add the salted prawns and stir well.
- Place the prawns on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for ten minutes at 180º degrees.
- Serve hot.
