Tandoori Shrimps Shrimps marinated in a spicy egg marinade and baked in the oven By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Jul 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Prawn (small),, Salt Cuisine Goan Course Main Course-Seafood Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Select Taste Level of Cooking Medium Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Tandoori Shrimps 250 grams Prawn (small), shelled and deveined to taste Salt 1 Egg, beaten 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon Onion, chopped 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder 1 1/2 teaspoon Celery, chopped 1 1/2 teaspoon Parsley, chopped 1 teaspoon Ginger paste 1 teaspoon Garlic paste Method Soak the prawns in salted water for ten minutes. In a bowl make a marinade with whisked egg, red chilli powder, onion, pepper powder, celery, parsley, ginger paste and garlic paste. Mix well. Add the salted prawns and stir well. Place the prawns on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for ten minutes at 180º degrees.
