Ingredients list for Stuffed Laddoo
- 1 1/2 cups Fresh Coconut scraped
- 1 1/2 cups Jaggery grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 500 grams Khoya/mawa grated
- 300 grams Powdered sugar
Method
- Cook together coconut and jaggery until thick
- Remove from heat, add green cardamom powder, mix well and set aside to cool.
- Divided into eight equal portions and roll in to balls.
- Mix khoya with the sugar in a heavy bottom vessel.
- Cook on low heat, stirring continuously till the mixture thickens.
- It should form a very soft lump. Cool to room temperature .
- Divide the mixture in to eight equal portions.
- Stuff each portion with coconut ball and shape into a laddoo. Store in the refrigerator.
