By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Fresh Coconut, Jaggery Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Stuffed Laddoo 1 1/2 cups Fresh Coconut scraped 1 1/2 cups Jaggery grated 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 500 grams Khoya/mawa grated 300 grams Powdered sugar Method Cook together coconut and jaggery until thick Remove from heat, add green cardamom powder, mix well and set aside to cool. Divided into eight equal portions and roll in to balls. Mix khoya with the sugar in a heavy bottom vessel. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously till the mixture thickens. It should form a very soft lump. Cool to room temperature . Divide the mixture in to eight equal portions. Stuff each portion with coconut ball and shape into a laddoo. Store in the refrigerator.
