Ingredients list for Strawberry and Bourbon Fool
- 3-4 tables as required Strawberries compote
- 4 cups Whipped cream
- ¼ cup bourbon whiskey
- ½ teaspoon Sea salt
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- for garnishing Fresh mint sprigs
Method
- Take whipped cream in a bowl. Add bourbon whiskey and fold in. Add sea salt, lemon juice and 3-4 tablespoons strawberry compote and fold in well.
- Fill a piping bag with whipped cream mixture.
- Put some strawberry compote on the side of individual tall glasses and swirl to create a pattern. Pipe in whipped cream mixture and top with some strawberry compote.
- Serve immediately garnished with mint sprigs.
