Ingredients for Strawberry Jam Recipe

  • Fresh Strawberries 30-40

  • Castor Sugar 2 cups

  • Fresh mint leaves 30-40


Step 1

Roughly chop strawberries and put into a non-stick pan. Add castor sugar and mix well. Cook for fifteen to twenty minutes, stirring continuously.

Step 2

Add mint leaves, mix well and cook for five to ten minutes. Remove from heat and cool down to room temperature.

Step 3

Serve or store in a sterilized bottle.
