Ingredients list for Spinach and Feta Quesadillas
- 2 bunches Spinach blanched, drained and chopped
 - 8 Tortillas
 - ½ cup Feta cheese
 - ½ cup Cream cheese
 - 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
 - 1 teaspoon Onion powder
 - to taste Salt
 - for cooking Olive oil
 
Method
- Combine spinach, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder and salt in a bowl and mix well.
 - Spread some spinach mixture onto four tortillas and put some feta cheese on top. Cover with remaining tortillas.
 - Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Place the tortillas and roast till golden from both sides.
 - Cut it into wedges and serve hot.
