Ingredients for Spicy Sausage Salad Recipe

  • Spicy chicken sausages sliced 200 grams

  • Olive oil 1/2 tablespoon

  • Garlic,sliced 2 cloves

  • Onion ,cut into rings 1 medium

  • Red capsicum,cut into strips 1 small

  • Lettuce leaves,torn 6-8

  • Salt to taste

  • Black peppercorns,crushed 6-8

  • Spring onion greens,sliced diagonally 3 stalks


Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic till it turns brown. Set aside. Toss the sausages, onion, capsicum, lettuce, salt and peppercorns together in a large bowl. Garnish with the spring onion greens and fried garlic. Serve immediately.
