Ingredients
- 2 large plantains
- Oil to deep fry
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Hot chilli sauce to serve
Method
- Thinly slice the plantains using a slicer. Heat sufficient oil in a pan and deep-fry the plantain slices till golden.
- Drain and place on an absorbent paper.
- Mix red chilli powder with cinnamon powder and sprinkle over the plantain chips. Serve hot with hot chilli sauce.
