Ingredients for Spaghetti with Italian Sausage and Peppers-SK Khaz Recipe

  • Spaghetti boiled 150 grams

  • Italian sausage cut into diamonds 2-3

  • Small green capsicum cut into small squares 1

  • Small red capsicum cut into small squares 1

  • Small yellow capsicum cut into small squares 1

  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • Fresh cream 1/4 cup

  • Cheddar cheese grated 4 tablespoons

  • Mozzarella cheese grated 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh parsley finely chopped for garnish


Step 1

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add green, red and yellow capsicums, sausages and mix well.

Step 2

Add salt, pepper powder and mix. Add cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, mix and cook for a minute.

Step 3

Add spaghetti, mix well and let it get heated through.

Step 4

Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
