Ingredients list for Spaghetti with Italian Sausage and Peppers-SK Khaz

  • 150 grams Spaghetti boiled
  • 2-3 Italian sausage cut into diamonds
  • 1 Small green capsicum cut into small squares
  • 1 Small red capsicum cut into small squares
  • 1 Small yellow capsicum cut into small squares
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cream
  • 4 tablespoons Cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese grated
  • for garnish Fresh parsley finely chopped

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add green, red and yellow capsicums, sausages and mix well.
  2. Add salt, pepper powder and mix. Add cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, mix and cook for a minute.
  3. Add spaghetti, mix well and let it get heated through.
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
