Ingredients list for Spaghetti With Garlic And Oil
- 300 grams Sphagetti
- 6 tablespoons Extra virgin Olive Oil
- 6-8 cloves Garlic chopped
- 4 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped
- to taste Salt
- 8-10 Black peppercorns crushed
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
Method
- Cook spaghetti in plenty of water till al dente (cooked, but still firm to the bite).
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large pan; add garlic and sauté till lightly browned.
- Add parsley, salt and crushed peppercorns. Drain the spaghetti and add to the pan, cook for two to three minutes, stirring gently so that the spaghetti is coated with the garlic and oil. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
